Our house rules:
1. Payments & deposits
- The appointment is confirmed after the payment of the deposit.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The remaining balance MUST be paid in cash. We do not accept online banking.
- For appointments outside of opening hours, an additional surcharge of €20 will be charged.
- For last-minute appointments (within 24 hours), there will be an additional charge of €20.
- Squeeze-in fee: €20. Send us a message on WhatsApp for availability.
2. Cancellations
- If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation, no money will be refunded, but you will receive a voucher for the deposit amount.
3. Late arrivals
- If you arrive 10 minutes late, a €10 late fee will be applied.
- If you arrive 15 minutes late, a €15 late fee will be applied.
- If you arrive 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled immediately.
4. No shows
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be placed on our blacklist.
5. Service satisfaction
- If you are not happy with the service provided, you can inform us within 24 hours. While there will be no refund, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
6. Guests & appointments
- Please come alone to your appointment. NO extra guests are allowed.

Hair preparations before your appointment:
- When coming to your appointment, please make sure your hair is clean and blow-dried from root to tip.
- Your hair must be product-free.
- We do not work with small pieces (cut) bundles. If you bring them, your appointment will not be canceled, but there will be a €15 fee.
